Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense, fruity bouquet with subtle floral notes. Dry and slightly almond finish with excellent balance between fruit and fresh acidity. PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the province of Chieti in Abruzzo, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

TERRAIN
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

SELLING PERIOD
January/February of the year after harvest.

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Classic wine for fish and dry pasta, excels with all fish-based cuisine, but also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif. Serve cool at a temperature of 10 ° C.
