Hilly with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, mainly clay-calcareous.

SELLING PERIOD

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT

Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

Pale yellow with pleasant aromas of fresh exotic fruit blending with delicate floral notes. Full-bodied, soft, flavourful and lingering.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
