PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the Chieti province, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

SOILS
Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Aromas of fresh and ripe yellow fruit, with delicate balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and long persistence.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal with all seafood cuisine, especially raw dishes and shellfish. It also pairs well with delicate meat dishes, vegetables, and fresh and semi-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
