Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 100%.

PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the Chieti province, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

SOILS
Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow in color with pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit, blended with delicate floral notes. Good structure, smooth, savory, and persistent.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal with fish-based dishes, delicate first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, and stretched-curd cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
