VINIFICATION AND AGING
Pre-fermentation cold maceration at 13°C for 4 days, aimed at selective color extraction (intensity and brilliance) with minimal tannin extraction. Racking off and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Light ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red fruit (cherry and raspberry) with delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with dominant fruity notes and a pleasant freshness.
