VINIFICATION AND AGING
Gentle pressing after a short cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C. Aged on fine lees without bâtonnage for approximately 4–5 months before bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Aromas of fresh and ripe yellow fruit, with delicate balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and long persistence.
