PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
GROUND
Hilly, with medium altitude of 230 metres above sea level, prevalently clay and limestone.
WINE-MAKING
Delicate sparkling wine, obtained directly from the refermentation of the wine in small stainless steel autoclaves at low temperature for a whole process that lasts about 45 days.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow color, finely fruity bouquet, delicate, aromatic, balanced and very elegant bouquet. Clean, soft flavor, reminiscent of exotic fruit. Abundant and evanescent foam, fine-grained and persistent perlage.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal accompaniment to first courses based on fish and second courses based on white meats.
ALCOHOLIC GRADATION
12% alc./vol.
