GRAPES
Selection of red grape varieties.

PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the Chieti province, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

SOILS
Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Cherry red with bright violet hues. Intense fruity aromas, delicate floral notes, and nuances of banana and black cherry. Well-structured, smooth, fresh, and balanced.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Cured meats, pizza, white and red meats, grilled vegetables, fish stew, tripe, and fresh cheeses.

ALCOHOL CONTENT
12,5% alc./vol.
