VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow in color with bright greenish reflections. Intense aromas of tropical fruit, banana, and citrus, accompanied by delicate floral notes. Fresh and smooth, with good persistence.
