GRAPES
Selection of native white grape varieties.

PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the Chieti province, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

SOILS
Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Pale straw yellow in color. Delicate and characteristic aromas, fruity with floral notes and hints of fresh fruit. Fresh, pleasant, and well-balanced on the palate.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal with all fish-based cuisine, as well as appetizers and delicate meat dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
