VINIFICATION AND AGING
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Salmon pink in color. Broad aromas with notes of cherry, raspberry, and citrus, combined with delicate floral hints. Medium-bodied, smooth, fresh, and finely savory. Serve chilled at 10–12°C.
