VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. 12-month aging in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Intense ruby red with deep purple hues and burgundy nuances. Aromas of ripe red fruit with spicy flavors and nuances of berries and licorice. Fine body, elegant, balanced with a lingering taste.
